Job Description

Job summary: Supervising RAN optimization through monitoring and analyzing key RAN quality parameters and presenting quality improvement and RAN plans to improve customer experience, meet agreed license commitments, reduce costs and align RAN with corporate technical needs and standards. Job Responsibilities and duties: • Maintain and promote network and service quality • Monitor all regional RAN key performance in order to improve customer experience • Supervise implementing network optimization activities in order to improve effective performance • Analyze data gathered from field test to offer suggestions for promoting quality and radio network coverage • Supervise radio network optimization operations in order to ensure related standards and guideline compliance • Supervise carefully radio network quality in the time of network development and after sites connection to network and being on air through key performance indicators • Define key performance indicators of network quality and how to measure them • Manage capacity and improving radio access coverage in the time of national or religious events in order to improve customer experience and maintain network performance indicators, reduce costs and increase corporate preparation in possible incidents • Check and analyze network problems and complaints of real/legal clients
