LTE Optimization • LTE Knowledge (radio interface channels, main protocols and soft parameters,…) • KPI Understanding as of LTE Accessibility, Retainability, Mobility and Integrity to analysis network performance • Work with Tools like Mapinfo, Google Earth, Assistant and Probe • Work with OSS specially U2000 • Regular network parameter audit • Delivering and presenting Achievement • Radio access network Problem solving skills • Analyze, action and provide result related to coverage services and network capacity target • Drive Test Log file Analyzing and propose Action for coverage/quality improvement • Customer Complain Handling • Huawei Hardware functionality knowledge to inspect unusual problems LTE Planning • The Radio Access Network architecture, dimension, cell detail planning and providing EP • Work with Planning tools like Planet and Atoll • Provide SARF and Analysis SAR and TSSR • Assign and be align with Sub-Contractor to Run SSV • Analysis Single Site Verification (SSV) result and provide approval
