Requirements
• Masters and/or PhD in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry with a focus in the catalysis
synthesis and reaction engineering are highly preferred.
• Ability to function in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment, working on multiple projects.
• 2 years of hands-on experience in catalytic synthesis and performance experiments.
• Computational skills (Design of experiments, Process design concepts and software including
Aspen Plus, Pro/II, Hysis, Fluent, Comsol, etc) are an asset.
• Expertise in the physicochemical characterization of catalysts and familiar with powder
technology.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, report writing and presentation skills in Farsi and English.
• Self-motivation and demonstrated ability for structured, independent, goal-orientated work with
high motivation, ambition and reliability
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills
• Ability to facilitate and interact with a diverse group of customers and engineers in the plant.
• Good organizational skills, initiative, flexibility and ability to prioritize.
• Open to ideas and able to promote a cohesive and effective work environment
