Job Description

Main Tasks & Responsibilities: - Implementing, Maintaining and improving of the Integrated Management System according to the related standards and framework (ISO 9001:2015, 55001:2014, 14001:2015, 45001:2018, 21500:2012, 55001:2014, 14001:2015, 45001:2018, 21500:2012, ISO 34000:2016, ISO/TS 29001:2010). - Educating and training people at all levels on how to apply basic tools and methodologies to achieve improvement objectives. - Defining objectives of the system and processes necessary to achieve them and establishing authority, responsibility and accountability for managing processes. - Tracking, reviewing and auditing the planning, implementation, completion and results of improvement projects. - Developing and deploying processes to implement improvement projects throughout the organization. - Determining, measuring and monitoring key indicators to demonstrate the organization’s performance. - Enhanced focusing on root-cause investigation and determination, followed by prevention and corrective actions. - Ensuring that data and information are sufficiently accurate, reliable and secure. - Analyzing and evaluate data and information using suitable methods. - Managing business processes and their interrelations as a system to achieve the organization’s quality objectives effectively and efficiently. - Establishing collaborative development and improvement activities with suppliers, partners and other interested parties. - Managing risks that can affect outputs of the processes and overall outcomes of the quality management system. - Ensuring the necessary information is available to operate and improve the processes and to monitor, analyze and evaluate the performance of the overall system. - Implementing, Maintaining and improving ERP Systems, Business Intelligence and automating the business processes and supervising and training of ERP users.

Requirements

Requirements & Conditions: - At least 7 years of experience in a related field preferably in the field of Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities or Construction - Master Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, MBA or other related fields from the reputable universities (3 years more experiences for the holders of Bachelor Degree in the same field) - Main Skills and abilities: • Complex problem-solving • Critical thinking • Self-motivation • Problem sensitivity • Hardworking • Team working • Effective negotiation and communication • Excellent ICDL Knowledge • Excellent knowledge in MS-Office and Statistical Software • Working knowledge with ERP and BI • Experience in implementation of IMS - Age: Preferably between 29 – 35 years - Competent English knowledge - 3 Months’ Probation may apply
