Job Description

• Analyze quality control test results and provide feedback and interpretation to production management or staff. • Develop business process models using recognized methods and standards or Business Process Management. • Understand and document the processes of the organization. • Benchmark organization's processes against quality system standards and best practices and report opportunities for improvement. • Ensure the maintenance of established quality standards through continuous evaluation and reporting of employee and process performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years’ experience in a manufacturing environment. • Advanced in using quality system tools in a similar manufacturing environment. • Strong organizational, mathematical and analytical skills. • Able to analyze and research information and determine appropriate actions. • Familiar with the systematic requirements in the automotive industry. • High level of competence with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio). • Excellent ability to audit Integrated Management System. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to influence across the organization at all levels. • Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required.
