- Assessing and auditing the Suppliers
- Developing and improving supplier quality system
- Managing APQP process in co-operation with program leader
- Improving suppliers’ performance
- Deploying APQP related to the development phase (or current production phase) of bought-out parts.
- Piloting of supplier’s progress plans and top offenders in co-operation with the plant buyer and PC&L.
- Realizing good incoming inspection plan and control plan.
