Job Description
- Direct all laboratory activities - Review all Quality Control Processes and documents and planning to continuous improvement in these matters - To ensure the analytical/microbiology laboratories and Incoming Inspection are in operation mode to support Production and the release of product - To ensure all raw materials are received, inspected, sampled, and disposition according to procedure - Determine related KPIs for all QC activities, preparing measuring procedure and implementation of them - Communicate quality control information to all relevant organizational departments - Direct inspection and testing personnel to promote effective control of processes and products - Manage and coach members of QC lab - Prepare and reviews technical documents and ensure that high standards of safety and regulatory are executed - Devise ways of improving the manufacturing process to ensure higher quality goods
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master of Science in Food Engineering or other related fields - Previous similar experience: Minimum 5 years of related food experience - Soft Skills and Personality traits - self-motivated - Detail-oriented - Hardworking and initiative - Good Communications skills - Computer Skills: Expert with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) - Language Fluency: Fluent in English - Ideal Age: 35-45 - Job Location: Zanjan - Job Duration: Permanent Position - Desired start date: ASAP
