Job Description

• Monitoring in-house quality procedures, standards and/or specifications. • Has a professional understanding of quality control consistent with production. • Analyze the results of the quality control test and provide feedback and feedback to the production management or staff. • Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met. • Setting customer service standards. • Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers. • Investigating and setting standards for quality/health and safety. • Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level. • Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures. • Writing management/technical reports and customers' charters. • Determining training needs. • Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance/quality. • Directing objectives to maximize profitability. • Recording, analyzing and distributing statistical information. • Monitoring / evaluating performance of quality control systems for improvement or corrective action. • Awareness of the principles of business and management in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership method, production methods, and coordination of people and resources • Job Location: Shahroud

Requirements

• BS or MS in Industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Polymer Engineering • At least 7 years' experience in Managerial Fields. • Able to understand the statistical data, and using computer software packages. • Having Quality certification of QA & QC is a plus • Strong English communication and negotiation skills. • Excellent analytical skills. • Good planning skills.
