Inspecting quality by reports and results. Investigating the process of taking authorizations Verifying samples and test results Audit of quality control systems in organizations Create and deploy process control systems to optimize production performance and reliability Work with production team leaders, engineers and Quality coordinators to champion lean manufacturing initiatives
Requirements
• Bachelor, Master or PhD degree, preferably in food science, chemistry. • 10 years of relevant experience in the food industry, product development experience in bakery. • Working knowledge of Microsoft office is required. • Working knowledge of Mini tab is required. • Good command of English language. • Proven ability to work in a flexible and changing schedule. • Strong Quality control background within a good manufacturing practice (GMP) and HACCP. • ISO 9001, 22000, 17025 Certification strongly desired.
