Job Description

- Control all laboratory and production activities. - Review all Quality Control Processes and documents and planning to continuous improvement in these matters. - To ensure the incoming material analyze are in operation mode to support Production and the release of product. - To ensure all raw materials are received, inspected, sampled, and disposition according to procedure. - Determine related KPIs for all QC activities, preparing measuring procedure and implementation of them. - Communicate quality control information to all relevant organizational departments. - Direct inspection and testing personnel to promote effective control of processes and products - Manage and coach members of QC lab. - Prepare and reviews technical documents and ensure that high standards of safety and regulatory are executed. - Devise ways of improving the manufacturing process to ensure higher quality goods. -Familiar with automotive Standards and ensure robustness in all phases of new product development and updates of existing products through the use of accepted techniques including DOE, FMEA, SPC and others as required.
