Job Description

- Conducts chemical testing and sampling - Performs chemical, physical measurements; interprets test results and assesses their compliance; forwards the results. - Verifies the comprehensiveness of the tests as well as compliance of supporting documents, and ensures follow-up of abnormalities. - Evaluates related equipment; check the accuracy and report to seniors the non-conformity if happens - Takes regulatory requirements into consideration. Objective of the role: Increase the quality of productions and make sure to comply with the standards. List of responsibilities: Accurately applies laboratory, sampling techniques and smooth the production lines. Accurately verifies calculations for various tests. Accurately interprets the results and assess the compliance with the standards. Identifies out-of-specification trends or results. Comprehensively records information. Reporting to: Senior Analyst, Team Leader, Supervisor or Coordinator, Department Head. Length of Probation Period: 3 months. Working hours: 7:30 am - 17:00 and overtime and weekends are inevitable. Gross Monthly Base Salary: Negotiable.

Requirements

Must exhibit strong interpersonal and organizational skills with great attention to detail as well as excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Exhibits strong problem solving, judgement and decision making skills Must be able to work with a diverse variety of people from different cultures and backgrounds. Ability to work independently. Ability to adapt to change. Analytical skills. Ability to work as part of a team. Ease of communication. Proficiency in commonly used software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Specialized software, and computer equipment. Meticulous work habits and manual dexterity. Scientific rigor and respect for procedures. Keen observational skills and attention to detail. Organizational and planning skills. University Qualifications: at least an Associates Degree of chemistry, biochemistry, biology, or microbiology or a related discipline with a general understanding of chemistry.
