You will be responsible for the safety and compliance and the challenges of Infant Cereal (IC) production to drive Nestlé's continuous excellence in the pursuit of zero defects as the essential base for maintaining consumer preference and trust. A DAY IN THE LIFE … ● You will be responsible to develop and maintain competencies and quality awareness, and commitment to a zero-defect journey in the factory. ● You are responsible for the implementation of the quality system in the IC plant to define and update the specific quality procedures, instructions, QMS, and tools in the area of technical expertise, and define and follow up on quality KPIs. ● You need to be the champion of quality and mastership by the support the Nestlé continuous excellence program for zero defects product manufacturing and achieving compliance with the Nestlé quality management system requirements and other applicable instructions and standards. ● You need to provide day-to-day quality troubleshooting support to the IC product category. ● You need to perform quality auditing, verification, and support unit readiness for internal and external audits and perform troubleshooting and corrective action follow-up of non-conformities.
