Job Description
● Help with operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as looking into other KPIs
● Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and standards
● Provide creative solutions for reviewing data and solving problems identified
● Plan and execute company complaint and execution procedures to document and help fix complaints.
● Create Audit reports and make recommendations for improvement
● Prepare SOPs, procedures, and workflows
● Regular reporting from all units of the organization and analysis and review of the current situation
