Job Description

● Manage and supervise the team and develop team and participation in quality-related training at the company level. ● Ensure the effectiveness and management of the system for handling complaints, deviations, non-compliances, change control, internal and external inspection, RICAL, product quality review (PQR), risk assessment, and quality control of drugs at the market level (PMQC), and ISO. ● Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output. ● Follow up on Matters related to documentation, GMP, inspection, and validation. ● Risk management of all processes affecting product quality, personnel, and environment.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields. ● 5 years of proven experience as a QA manager. ● Having up-to-date knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards, systems, and processes. ● Great people management skills and leadership. ● Having managerial courage. ● Strong problem-solving skills. ● Great attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
