Job Description

● Interpret and implement quality assurance standards. ● Evaluate the adequacy of quality assurance standards. ● Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems. ● Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities. ● Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues. ● Collect and compile statistical quality data. ● Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system. ● Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions. ● Collaborate with management and process owners to implement improvement initiatives. ● Identify the main fields of business improvement and provide systematic solutions. ● Identify and monitor process indicators.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Management. ● Familiar with modern quality management systems. ● Strong documentation skills. ● Good understanding of Quality Management Standards (ISO) and Organizational Excellence. ● Good understanding of models (EFQM). ● Good understanding of ISO standards. ● Systematic thinking skills. ● Good negotiation skills. ● Fluent in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. ● Fluent in English (advanced in comprehension and writing; UI in speaking).
