Job Description

•Supervise & Monitor the performance of various units of Institute & Report non-conformity to the Director. •Auditing the section and Middle managers to find non-conformity, Find solutions & do Corrective actions. •Making an archiving system for all documents of organization and easy access to the past documented information. •Perform all duties in the scope of organization standards like SGS certification and etc. •Establishing project management system in the entire organization; writing Project Management plans based on PMBOK and PRINCE2 methods and supervising Managers team •Introducing and tailoring WBS, PID, budget monitoring, risk registers, communication plans, donor reporting •Collecting, inputting, managing, analyzing data and reporting (both qualitative & quantitative data) •Building networks and partnerships with statutory, voluntary and non-governmental agencies •Provide briefing, training and information sessions about Project Management at the organization
