Job Description

Develop or specify standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness (mastering the standards of ISO 9001, HACCP, 22000 and 9000) - Implementing the internal audit of the quality management systems deployed in the organization. - Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers (Mastering software applications) - Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen, or content (Sufficient familiarity with manufacturing processes) - Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes. - Monitor program performance to ensure efficient and problem-free operations. - Investigate customer problems referred by technical support. - Collaborate with field staff or customers to evaluate or diagnose problems and recommend possible solutions.
