Job Description

- Planned and coordinated deployment of inspectors, priorities and needs, monitor the cost, time, quality and method of inspection - prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities - Index of non-conforming products; issuance of nonconforming product and corrective action and management holding meetings within and outside the organization - Providing, reviewing and updating backup documentation for fittings and import products - Training new inspectors - Analysis of customer complaints and products returned to them to root out and eliminate their causes. - Check for non-conformists observed in products and perform corrective actions and violations.

Requirements

- Fluent in quality management and problem solving techniques - Sampling Procedures and Working with Calipers - Familiar with calibration -mastery in Minitab, spss - Understanding the process of making parts (Technical Information) - Good Communications skills - Computer Skills: Expert with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) - Regulatory requirements of organizations (ISO) - Mastering documenting and documenting
