Job Description

● Oversee the quality control operations. ● Direct the quality team in the assigned manufacturing area in the execution of the group’s responsibilities. ● Analyze processes for continuous improvements and failure modes. ● Report and present quality information including quality improvement plans. ● Interpret company policies to team members and enforces safety regulations. ● Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, production, management, and all team members. ● Support and development of documentation to support customer and internal requirements. ● Analyze in-process defects, investigates root cause, and develop countermeasures.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Industry Engineering or Chemical Engineering. ● Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (at least 1 year in the bakery industry). ● Advanced in SPC (Statistical Process Control). ● Advanced knowledge of quality systems. ● Advanced in English. ● Advanced in MS Office. ● Active listener with effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. ● Able to handle diversity, and provide leadership through problem resolution. ● Ability to implement plans to control and maintain safety, quality, 5S, cost, and efficiency for assigned areas. ● Strong organization, time management, and planning skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
