Job Description

● Studying the laws, regulations and directives related to the field of work and diligence for their correct implementation. ● Participating in preparing and organizing the draft of correspondence related to the organizational post and collecting and archiving the necessary copies of forms, correspondence and reports in the relevant section. ● Preparing and reviewing design documents and inspection and testing program (ITP) for the installation of project equipment and structures. ● Preparing and reviewing welding instructions (WPS) for the installation of project equipment and structures. ● Preparing and reviewing the "Se Chahoun" pelletizing site and monitoring the performance of the welders. ● Preparing and reviewing Weld Map & QC Plan documents. ● Supervising the implementation of non-destructive welding tests. ● Controlling input material and consumables for welding and paint. ● Quality control of assembly and welding, installation of equipment and structures of projects. ● Reviewing the standards and specifications of project equipment and monitoring the implementation of standard and contract quality requirements. ● Preparing non-compliance reports and corrective action. ● Controlling and cooperating in the registration and filing of documents, documents and records in the coordination of inspection and quality control affairs. ● Identifying the potential possibilities of resources and using them properly to advance the coordination of inspection and quality control affairs. ● Preparing reports related to existing bottlenecks in activities related to the coordination of inspection and quality control affairs. ● Providing effective and applicable suggestions to improve productivity and move things forward. ● Cooperating and participating in the full implementation of standards in the coordination of inspection and quality control affairs. ● Preparing and organizing the required statistics and reports and presenting them to superiors. ● Passing training courses related to the organizational position according to the company's training system.
