Job Description

1- Developing proposals for saving periodically with suppliers, 2- Establishing standard service contracts and performance indicators, 3- To obtain competitive prices in order to provide the necessary equipment and materials at the most affordable price, 4- To prepare the specifications of raw materials and products to be purchased, 5- To prepare monthly and annual purchasing reports, 6- Establishing procedures and forms which should be used in the procurement process and making sure that they are up to date, 7- Taking the necessary measures by following the price indices, 8- To conduct regular review and reporting of the performance of suppliers in order to ensure continuous improvement, 9- To ensure the accuracy of all files and to keep the same records for the accounts payable system and to monitor the related products, 10- To request laboratory tests when necessary and to analyze the goods when necessary, 11- In FSC Procedure, he is responsible for the implementation of his / her process and department, 12- Orders of personal protective equipment for Occupational Health and Safety

Requirements

• To master MS Office programs, • Having a good knowledge of English or Turkish, • To be familiar with foreign trade legislation, • Being strong in terms of communication. Bachelor's Degree of universities Experienced at least 2 years in domestic and international purchasing processes
