Job Description

The core tasks and responsibilities of Purchasing Specialist (IT/HR) can be listed as below: ● Identifying and assessing potential suppliers. ● Communicating and negotiating with suppliers effectively. ● Monitoring and assessing products received from suppliers based on specified, appropriate requirements. ● Proposing suggestions, request for quotation, and negotiation with suppliers. ● Presenting technical and specialized reports related to purchasing records. ● Controlling costs. ● Preparing and concluding related contracts. ● Observing purchase-related laws and regulations defined by the organization.

Requirements

● Educational background: IT Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields. ● At least 3 years of related experience. ● Well experienced in purchasing, importation regulations and policies. ● High communication, negotiation and analytical skills. ● Being passionate, communicative, team player and influencing. ● Fluent in English, speaking and writing. ● Fluent in general official procedures, such as official communications and reporting.
