Job Description

● Prepare information and documents required in order to formulate and conclude contracts for the purchase of goods and services. ● Evaluate upstream rules to ensure there are no legal barriers to the contract. ● Extract the risks of purchasing and service contracts and anticipate actions to reduce the effects of risk. ● Effective interaction with the selected lawyer to resolve the organization's complaints. ● Effective attendance in internal meetings, improvement committees, and specialized committees.

Requirements

● Mastery of the contracting process and contract matters. ● Adequate familiarity with the bidding process. ● Familiar with the principles, concepts, and techniques of supply chain management. ● Familiarity with the principles and processes of claim management. ● Responsibility. ● Teamwork spirit. ● Customer orientation.
