Job Description

● Provide category portfolio development. ● Run purchasing activity based on category budget, margin, sales. ● Coordinate the development, execution and improve the performance of the declared category by efficient assortment building (Supplier and product selection) pricing. ● Plan and execute special promotional campaigns, prepare promotions in parallel with the marketing plan and seasonality. ● Analyze market conditions, maintain strategic market relationships and knowledge of market trends. ● Have knowledge about products and trade regulation. ● Forecast price trends and their impact on future activities. ● Determine supplier selection; evaluate them based on cost, quality, service, availability, reliability, and selection variety. ● Develop strong relationships; negotiate all costs with current and new suppliers. ● Deal with supplier-based problems as they arise. ● Identify potential suppliers, visit existing suppliers, and build and maintain good relationships. ● Work with sales team to develop plans to increase the sales and achieve maximum volume incentives to improve overall profits. ● Gather information relating to the customer reaction to products. ● Prepare periodic performance reports.

Requirements

● Minimum 5 years of work experience in related fields. ● Bachelor’s degree (MBA is plus). ● Very good command of English. ● Being familiar with SAP. ● Excellent Excel ability. ● Ability to work with flexible working hours. ● Have analytical mind.
