Job Description
● Research and evaluate suppliers and negotiate with them.
● Source to find new sources and development of supply chain.
● Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates to determine the best bid among potential suppliers.
● Prepare regular reports for management.
● Close collaboration with the technical department to solve technical problems and execute correct purchases.
● Maintain and manage a strong relationship with suppliers and negotiate with them to improve supply chain efficiency and sustainability.
● Make sure that all procurement documentation is professionally maintained and data entry in the system has been done.
● Track all the orders until warehouse delivery in order to ensure that purchased goods and services are delivered on time, as per the agreement.
● Maintain and review computerized records of prices, items purchased, costs, deliveries, product performance, and inventories.
● Review and approve requisitions and create purchase orders and send them to chosen mechanical and electronic vendors.
