Job Description

- Has a relevant work experience in the field of buying and providing very luxurious restaurants - Creating and implementing innovative, cost effective and complex logistics strategies and growing challenges for restaurants, especially luxury restaurants. - Establish long-term relationships with sellers and suppliers - Compare prices and specifications - Negotiate with retailers to reduce costs - Check the contract specifications on behalf of the company - Connect with vendors to ensure that the product arrives in a timely manner - Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with critical suppliers - Leadership activities to build logistics organizational capacity and improve logistics efficiency - Direct activities and coordination of personnel engaged in the purchase, sale and distribution of materials, equipment, machinery and supplies - Maintenance of ordered and received records of goods - Market and delivery system analysis to assess the availability of existing and future materials - Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports - Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations on safety, health and environment - Change industry trends - Have a strong fan expression - Timely delivery of goods, equipment and services - Full acquaintance with suppliers of restaurant equipment and supplies

Requirements

- At least 8 years’ experience in purchasing and procurement management - Having experience in food industry and restaurants - Minimum Undergraduate Degree in Financial Management / Related Fields - A deep understanding of contracts, invoices and negotiation terms - Great communication, interpersonal skills and leadership - Outstanding negotiation skills - Solve the issue with a strong analytical thought - Time management skills - Excellent customer service skills
