Job Description

- Prepare and submit the necessary purchase. - Planning, performing and coordinating commercial affairs such as corresponding and monitoring orders' process with suppliers, negotiating, contract modification, order obtaining, preparing related documents for payment, shipment and delivery schedules, commercial registration procedures, custom affairs, transporting follow-ups. - Prepare and handle all necessary documentation from proforma invoice to shipping documents, custom affairs and commercial registration procedures - Assist company executive in the foreign purchases and imports. - Sourcing, choosing and negotiating for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, delivery and services with new suppliers in Iran.

Requirements

- A Bachelor degree in business and/or related fields - Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement/commercial field - Highly Fluent in Turkish - Full use of MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and Internet Browsing. - Good Communication and Negotiating skills. - Ability to work under work pressure, and deadlines. - Ability to create reports and documents for procedures and tasks - Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills - Highly skilled in working with MS Office software and the internet - Self-organized and motivated - Ability to handle high levels of stress - Ideal Age: 33-45
