Job Description

● Prepare and adjust the unit strategy according to the organization's policy. ● Prepare and adjust the required executive plans and annual budget. ● Develop and improve the brand of the institute and hospital in domestic and foreign forums. ● Design and management of online and offline advertising campaigns. ● Establish, maintain and expand relationships with related scientific and professional organizations. ● Establish, maintain and expand relations with related international organizations inside and outside Iran. ● Appropriate news coverage in various media of the organization's activities. ● Lead, control, and monitor the performance of the public relations team and provide the required training.

Requirements

● Fluent in formulating and implementing organizational strategies. ● Fluent in preparing the executive plans of the organization. ● Fluent in operational planning and budgeting experience in the communications unit. ● Proficient in project management. ● Familiarity with media, social networks, and their audiences and methods of analyzing and managing information-based communications. ● Fluent in providing managerial analytical reports. ● Fluent in English in reading, writing, and speaking. ● Fluent in the principles and techniques of customer relationship management. Skills required: ● Planning skills. ● Ability to manage the crisis. ● Team leadership skills. ● Effective communication skills. ● Familiarity with the principles of human resources management to monitor the supervised collection. ● Problem-solving skills. ● Analytical and critical thinking. ● At least five years of work experience.
