Job Description

Objective of the role: - Checking the performance and quality of the PS Core (Packet Switch) - Monitor / report on network service performance - Raise and follow up on PSCore Network issues - Identify & drive improvements through Core optimization - Develop and refine customer experience KPIs and test methods - Evaluate and specific customer experience tooling & development - Engagement with external teams on all performance and optimization matters under area of responsibility.. List of responsibilities: - Periodic Checking of PS Core Detailed KPI values - Analysis of KPI issues in PS Core responsibility - Follow up for issue reasons and Trouble Ticket considering - Preparing Reports for CRA and other Departments and Organizations. Reporting to: Core Performance Team Leader. Working hours: 5*8 + Extra hours + On Call.
