Job Description

Objective of the role: Candidate of this job is responsible for supporting and troubleshooting PS Core data switching equipment and mobile data services based on mobile technologies (2G, 3G, LTE) and modern Cloud based on standards and organizational work procedures to provide online and uninterrupted service to The customers of the network. At the same time, according to the pre-determined schedule in case of emergencies they should be present in the night or on holidays.. List of responsibilities: - Analysis, decision making and taking action to troubleshoot network equipment and data services based on failure management standard processes and ticketing tools in interaction with vendor equipment and other related departments in the organization; - Analyze and identify root problems and bottlenecks of equipment and service failure and provide periodic reports; - Analyze and feedback the effectiveness of the solutions provided by Vendor and follow up on troubleshooting until results are achieved; - Upgrade equipment based on Vendor roadmap in specific and limited time periods; - Risk analysis of change requests for (configuration or implementation or optimization) of equipment or services, and finally decisions and feedback on the timing and manner of implementation and stakeholders based on organizational standards; - Cooperation and technical approval in testing and delivery of new equipment in the development of new networks or services; - Collaborate and provide solutions and implement it in the development of new services.. Length of Probation Period: 1 Month. Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 7:30 to 16:20 or 8:30 to 17:20.
