Job Description

-Preparation daily reports and Workshop -Planning and Project control -Preparation of status report -Preparation of various reports -Preparation of Delay and Disruption Protocol -Preparation of technical and financial claims -Inquiring RFQs (Request for Quotation) *Project Details: Road construction, Bridge construction, Rehabilitation of irrigation canals, Landscape gardening, Civil structures, Landfill construction, Mechanical and electrical installations in the Republic of Armenia * Work conditions: For each period of 50 days of work in Armenia there are 14 days of vacation in Iran

Requirements

-Gender Preference: Male -Military Service Status: Done or permanent exemption -Ideal Age Range:Maximum 35 years -At least 3 years of relevant work experience in Workshop processes and construction projects -At least Bachelor of Civil engineering -Language: Candidates fluent in English/ Armenian /Russian /Georgian are preferred -Skilled in MS Project, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD -Familiar with Project Management Knowledge Processes Version 6 (PMBOK) -Skilled in various General conditions of contracts (GCC) -Skilled in Technical office affairs (meters, estimation, map reading, drawing, As Built …)
