Job Description
• Collaborated with accelerators, innovation centers, startups and venture capital companies in the field of FinTech ecosystem (financial and banking technologies) • Continuous cooperation and interaction in preparing, defining, planning and reviewing and finalizing the project portfolio • Continuous monitoring and review of alignment and compliance of multiple and simultaneous projects (preferably in software and Fintech fields) • Providing progress and quality indicators for portfolios and projects (including designing KPI for startups and SMEs) • Realization and review of the status and process of implementation of project activities in accordance with these indicators, diagnosing complications, identifying problems and following up and proposing their elimination • Conduct analytical studies to identify, define and investigate risks, drivers, drivers and obstacles, problems and barriers, strategies, solutions in project portfolio management and provide related solutions • Collaborating and interacting with partners, units and senior managers
