Job Description

- To manage portfolios and programs - To manage portfolio level risk, issue and change - To cooperate project managers to review, and monitor projects closely - To manage escalation process according to the project management plans - To manage and monitor projects portfolio process - To design, implement and manage of projects progress and manage information systems and launch of relevant reports dashboards - To evaluate project execution and developing to determine if project is proceeding within available resources and budget. - To Evaluate and update data regarding schedule dates, project accruals. - To Develop and document project planning. - To Evaluate and raise project early warning signals to project manager. - To perform performance reporting for a portfolio of projects or programs. - To lead project teams and review the staff work. - To develop, implement, and maintain external and internal cost reports, cash flows and forecasts. - Responsible for schedule management, earned value management and cost management. - Responsible for engineering, procurement and construction planning, scheduling, logistics and cost control. - To ensure budget tracking against Purchase Orders or Subcontracts. - To manage the internal Change Management System. - To Develop and present a cash flow report. - To ensure the entry of logic ties within the schedules. - To Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure Reporting to: CEO

Requirements

- Good communication and analytical skills - A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a field of Civil Engineering, Project Management, Executive Management - 10 years of work experience in building projects - Execution knowledge about engineering processes, logistics, building and installation, commissioning and technical inspection of building projects - Proficiency in planning and project control in scope, time and cost - Mastery of project management principles and concepts (PMP certified holders are top priority) - Proficient in project management tools including Microsoft Office and Primavera software - Knowledgeable In Communications with Clients, Personnel, and Colleagues - Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure - Highly organized, detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy. - Highly demonstrated team work skills - Ideal Age Range: 33-45 - Full familiarity with engineering and construction of luxury building projects - Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time - Experience of planning/ scheduling in a luxury building environment. - Full familiarity with PMBOK standard
