Job Description
- Support day-to-day planning activities in different departments, including developing planning documents, supervising planning processes in oil & gas projects. - Collaboration with Planning Director in support planning of senior executives at the organization in developing strategic and functional plans. - Interact with senior leaders in the organization and assist in the execution of various special projects and operational activities. - Develop analytical reports that will support and be included in executive level committees. - Develop project’s plan and budget. - Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports on projects progress. - Collaborate with project teams in executing project activities and meet the project goals. - Develop and update the WBS, tasks, and deliverables. Planning and Controlling the scope, time, cost baselines; in order to continuously updating the project plans.
Requirements
• BSc/MSc in Industrial Engineering. • Excellent knowledge in Project Management. • Excellent knowledge in Project Planning and Control concepts, techniques and tools. • Excellent knowledge in PMBOK is highly demanded. • Well experienced in Microsoft Project (MSP) and P6. • Advanced skills in working with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. • High and continuous tracking capability. • At least 5 years of experience preferably in Oil & Gas industries. • English language Fluency. • Good communication and Presentation skills and Teamwork Abilities. • Ability to carry out tasks actively & independently. • Ability to work under pressure. • Maximum age 33 years.
