Job Description

As a project manager, your job will be to coordinate processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results Manage the execution of the Project Scope of Services (cost, time, and quality) ensuring the fulfillment of contractual obligations by the Company, the Customer, and any third parties. ● Based on the service scope and targets, elaborate a comprehensive and realistic General Project Plan. Manage within his functional area, the operational relationship with the Customer, securing to achieve a high level of satisfaction from the Customer regarding the delivery performance. ● Follow within his area, all governance instances (internal or external) and ensure operational and financial performance is being correctly monitored and reported. ● Manage any dedicated third parties to be involved in the Project delivery solution, seeking to obtain the best cost-benefit relation. ● Ensure within his functional area, the delivery compliance with both contractual and business case requirements, avoiding over or under delivery. ● Set up and manage within his functional area, the Project staff, securing fulfillment of the area objectives and responsibilities. It is important to note that it is possible to apply for this position from both Tehran and Bandar Abbas, but Tehran applicants must be able to stay or travel for a long period of at least one year in Bandar Abbas.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or any related field within a minimum of 10 years post-graduate experience. ● Previous experience in Project Management. ● Good understanding of stakeholder management. ● Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment with the desire and ability to learn and adapt quickly. ● Ability to switch between multiple tasks on a daily basis. ● Strong core project management skills (risk management, communication, project controls, and reporting). ● Proactive and drives for results. ● Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. ● Ability to deal with ambiguity and be able to clarify for others. ● Managing time effectively. ● Good attention to detail. ● Fluency in English. ● PMP or equivalent project management qualification. ● Leadership skills. ● Interpersonal skills. ● Decisiveness. ● Problem-solving skills. ● Ability to delegate effectively. ● Time management skills.
