Job Description
● Defining project scope and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with Business line owners, POs, and chapter leads.
● Maintaining detailed project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, issues lists, and risk management plans.
● Identifying changes proactively in project scope and ensures appropriate measures are taken.
● Forecasting revenue accurately, profitability, and project costs.
● Carrying out monitoring and controlling activities in order to track the progress of the project.
● Coordinating cross-functional meetings with various functional areas to meet overall stakeholder expectations and the company's objectives.
● Monitoring project risks by identifying risks proactively and trigger events.
● Supporting the development of Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs), Weekly Activity Reports, and other project documentation required for successful delivery.
● Creating and communicating project milestone documents, dashboards, ROI tables, and departmental success metrics.
