- Coordination of project teams
- Coordination with client, supervisor and consultant offices and related personnel
- Arranging, Leading and supervising subordinate teams
- Management and control of all project reports and documents
- Coordinating for solving the open issues or non-conformists
- Risk management and considering suitable remedies for the probable risk and dangers threatening personnel, equipment’s and project progress
- Management of subcontractors and controlling their achievements and agreement issues
- Management of all Project status statements and follow up with consulting and client offices to finalize them leading to payment order
- Controlling and approval of all subcontractor’s status statements
