Job Description
Main Objective:
We are looking for an experienced, talented project manager to help us build a tractor assembly and localization plant.
Main Responsibilities:
Develops, analyzes, and manages all project plans including scheduling, managing project financials, finding local suppliers and strategic planning
Follow and apply for all required local and governmental permits.
Hiring and training related staff.
Close cooperation with foreign team and assemble a local team to manage the project, project financials and to forecast market demand
Finding, assessing and negotiating with local supplier in order to localize the product
Monitoring the overall project performance (timeline, budget, and resource utilization) against plan and makes adjustments as needed
Coordinates team activities to ensure project milestones are achieved, providing performance feedback to team members' supervisors as appropriate
Identify and implement process improvements.
Manage weekly project status and progress reports, providing regular and direct feedback on project performance and goal progress.
Establishing field days all over the country to show the performance of the tractor to local dealers and farmers for future marketing and promoting of the product
Close cooperation to define and execute quality control cycle: quality control plan for raw materials, packing materials, production process and final products
