Job Description
• Main Objective:
Designing, planning and controlling projects and their ongoing follow up so projects are completed on time and on budget, as well as reporting and providing useful and effective information and analysis to prevent diversions and helping managers to decide on the direction realizing the goals of the project.
• Main Responsibilities:
- Following the engineering and technical department's tasks
- Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation.
- Preparing HVAC documents: Data sheets, calculations, equipment
- Technical support of the project performing
- Coordination between several interfaces including equipment selection, execution works, purchasing Dpt.
- Following the time and meet deadlines for maintenance Issue
- Project Cost Management
- Implementation of project management processes
- Preparation of performance reports, progress reports and other analytical reports of the project
- Managing sub-contractors for manufacturing and installation
- Preparation of technical documentation while working in close coordination with the sales department.
- Set up claim strategy, support drafting of and administer subcontractor/partner agreements.
