Job Description
The ongoing projects in Kerman province – Sirjan, include on-site sales and after sales services (The projects are troubleshooting, maintenance and assembly of existing Caterpillar earth moving equipment).
This position will be the company representative on mentioned project sites. It serves liaise between Customer Support, Sales and Finance departments.
Main objectives for this position are:
Process:
- Communication with Service Center Managers regarding work orders
- Provide a forecasted customer required spare parts list
- Provide technical reports
- The complete process of service and parts sales contracts with customer
Customer:
- Weekly and monthly meeting with customer to get and give feedback
- Evaluate customer satisfaction and set action plan on this
Finance:
- Receivable collection
- Reconcile with customer every quarter
- Prepare weekly report on invoices, overdue and debts
HR:
- Technical team management on customer field and guide and support
- Deliver Technicians time sheet reports to customer
