Job Description

-Implement project management procedures -Identify and develop tools for monitoring, measuring, evaluating, controlling and reporting progress -Identify and reducing business expensive to increase profits -Prepare project status & analytic reports about progress and delay in project/portfolio level by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. -Ensure resource availability and allocation -Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques -Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders -Ability to manage the meetings -Highlight to project team on issues causing delays to project completion -Report to management as needed -Managing & controlling the cost of the projects including: -Preparing project budget (BAC) and Earned Value Management (EVM) -Attending in all project estimating meeting to collect the activities estimate. -Review, analysis and updating of project cost forecast values. -Controlling costs and estimating variance on budget costs against actual costs. (VAC & CP) -Define and measure Project Time Performance indexes -Planning and Project Control using Primavera or Microsoft Project (MSP) -Active communicating on various levels of organization. -Monitor, track or report project milestones and deliverables
