Job Description

We are looking for highly qualified Project Managers responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive control and completion of diverse projects, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the Company. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Plan and implement projects • Define tasks, coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget • Develop project scopes and objectives, define deliverables, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility • Ensure resource availability and allocation • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress • Create schedule and project timeline, track deliverables • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs • Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques, lead quality assurance • Monitor project progress, report on progress as well as problems and solutions as needed • Manage the relationship with clients and all stakeholders • Perform risk management to minimize project risks • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation SALARY: $ 3.000 - $ 5.000 (plus cost of accommodation, depending on expertise and working location)

Requirements

• Bachelors degree • Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent • Proven working experience as a project administrator • Knowledge of budgeting and analysis • Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management • Proficiency in project management software tools and techniques • Basic technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills • Excellent communication/negotiation skills • Critical thinking and problem solving • Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities • Ability to get the best out of the people and projects that they oversee • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
