Job Description

● Plan, schedule, or coordinate project activities to meet deadlines. ● Communicate with key stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives. ● Monitor project milestones and deliverables. ● Prepare financial documents and reports. ● Report project status, such as budget, resources, technical issues, or customer satisfaction, to managers. ● Monitor the performance of project team members to provide performance feedback. ● Produce and distribute project documents. ● Submit project deliverables to clients, ensuring adherence to quality standards. ● Locate and contact potential clients to offer advertising services. ● Explain to customers how specific types of advertising will help promote their products or services in the most effective way possible. ● Assign duties or work schedules to team members. ● Gather customer or product information to determine customer needs.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Business, or an MBA graduate. ● At least 3 to 5 years of project management and related experience. ● Familiar with the advertising industry. ● Thinking about the pros and cons of different options and picking the best one. ● Ability to develop detailed project plans. ● Ability to persuade others to change their minds or behavior. ● Active listening, critical thinking, judgment and decision making, stress tolerance, and excellent analytical skills. ● Leadership skills. ● Negotiation skills.
