Job Description

This position will require working closely with business development, partner relationship managers, product managers, technical teams, and to work as a member of team that will provide functional, operational, and product knowledge to Wireless MVNO operator. He/She will be responsible for onboarding Wholesale partners onto the technical platform, creating delivery plans, identifying and tracking to milestones, making appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market and clearly communicating goals, roles, responsibilities and desired outcomes throughout the company. Additional responsibilities include supporting enhancement projects for existing partners as the business, legal or regulatory needs change. He/She must has excellent project management instincts and communication skills coupled with a passion for business, technology and delivering an excellent customer experience. Candidates should have strong data-driven analytical skills and be able to operate and thrive with partial information and ambiguity. Responsibilities and Duties: - Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, status reports, and budget forecasts. - Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet timelines, business, financial, and technical goals. -Work cross-functionally to manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences. -Communication customer acquisition, ordering, activation, and customer support process knowledge -Management experience (team building, managing resources, staffing related actions) -Proven experience on core consulting capabilities like: requirements, testing, implementations, and deployments, change management, etc.

Requirements

BS/MS degree in IT/ICT or Industrial Engineering, Management or a related field +5 years of business analysis experience in a BSS functional operation at a communications service provider (e.g., Cable MSO, Telco, Cellular, Satellite) +5 years of experience participating in a Wireless MVNO/ MNO Project as a Manager or Team Leader. +5 years of experience with requirements gathering, testing, business process re-engineering and/or project management required Strong Project Planning and organizational Skills, experience and success on delivering complex projects for communication providers Technical and operational knowledge of the mobile network Excellent technical and analytical skills and demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment Exceptional communication skills; must be a self-starter and able to learn quickly Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project and word Knowledge of billing, network element, and/or customer equipment data requirements and associated data migration dependencies, including potential operational process dependencies and data availability timing impacts.
