Job Description

- Develop and maintain the Lease Guidelines. - Manage the team, and coordinate its accountability and activities to help the department to achieve its objectives. Participate in the team’s day to day activities. - Contact and resolve all issues identified by the Site Provider. - Determine project health by measuring the variance in scope, schedule, cost and Service KPI Delivery from the respective baselines. - Cooperate closely with Project Managers to review, and monitor projects for ensuring alignment and health. - Manage the Escalation Process according to the project management Plans, regulating project governance. - Elaborate and follow the key KPI’s and reporting progress of the projects.


- Team Work. - Analytical & Problem Solving. - Persistence & Persuasion. - Communication Skills. - Working under Pressure. - University degree in industrial Engineering or Business Administration. - PMP certified or equivalent is an advantage. - Minimum 2 years in PMO function. - Intermediate English. - Good Knowledge MS Pack Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio etc.). - Legal and Finances understanding.
