Job Description

- Job holder takes care of Operations related projects list, ensuring on-time and in-full delivery of various projects, - Role is based in Saveh Main Responsibilities • Coordinate projects management activities, resources, equipment and information • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives • Assign projects to internal teams and assist with schedule management • Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve • Check and validate projects key steps and milestones such as projects teams, scopes, timelines, etc., • Help prepare budgets • Prepare factory projects master list and keep it live • Monitor projects progress and prepare monthly reports on projects status and timeline, • Act as the point of contact and communicate projects to all stakeholders • Work with the Project Managers to eliminate blockers • Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures • Maintain comprehensive projects documentation, plans and reports through projects managers • Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings. • Determining project changes. • Developing projects strategies. • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable. • Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution. • Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering or Civil Engineering, • 3-5 years of working experience in project management, • Strong negotiation and communications skills, • Good organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills, • Good working knowledge in Microsoft project or P3, Microsoft Office • Fluent in English Projects Leader top skills & proficiencies: • Negotiation • Internal and External Communication • Developing and Tracking Budgets and timelines • Supervision • Project Management • Process Improvement • Problem Solving • Planning • Performance Management
