Job Description

• Provide setup and startup of Hardware and Software for the PLC, Job PC, HMI Graphics, Control and Communications Networks and other miscellaneous Electrical and Control Hardware and Software. • Programming and troubleshooting PLC, DCS, ESD, F&G • Collaborate with in-house Service Department personnel to troubleshoot electrical/programming related issues. • Assist in the integration, startup and debugging of plant floor equipment. • Travelling during startups and installations with no limitation up to 3 weeks per month • Executing FAT for control system & components, and writing sample program for test • Preparing troubleshooting reports for technical support of manufacturer and communicating with them to solve the software / hardware problem • Recording and maintaining client contact data • Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education • Liaising with other technical experts and members

Requirements

• Bachelor of Control / Electronic / Electrical Engineering • Minimum 4 years of previous experience in integration, engineering of Siemens controls systems, PLC, DCS, ESD, F&G, RTU system and devices. • Excellent communication, listening and presentation skills • Good Knowledge in English in writing, speaking, listening • Strong background in communicating with technical team of EPC Contractors, Consultant, End User • A proven ability in programming and Control System Software • Age 25 ~ 35 • Knowledge of IEC-61131-3-5 is essential • Knowledge of communication and controls networking principles. • Have strong computer skills including: AutoCAD, e-PLAN, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint. • Be willing to travel during SAT, startups
