Job Description
1. Successful candidate will be responsible to take care of projects related to factory’s utility and construction, end to end 2. Defining project scope, preparing specification, cooperation with procurement to select the best supplier 3. Prepare project plan, budget and timeline and get needed approval 4. Prepare contract and proceed with payments throughout the project 5. Be responsible for supervising contractors’ staff on site 6. Responsible for creation and closure of the work permit 7. Alignment with EH&S regarding contractors’ liabilities 8. Reporting progress of the project on a regular basis
Requirements
1. BSc. In Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering 2. Overall knowledge of project and contractor management 3. Overall knowledge of procurement, contract preparation and payments 4. Experienced in planning and records management 5. Ready to work under pressure and in fast pace environment 6. Ready to work for long hours or during weekend, if needed 7. English Fluency is a must 8. Advanced Microsoft Office Skills 9. Autocad drawing and modification skills 10. Overall knowledge around EHS standards and procedures is an advantage 11. Karaj/Qazvin resident or ready to move to Karaj
