Job Description

-Managing the production of the required deliverables -Responsible for implementation and control of Scrum methodology processes in software teams -Conducting and facilitation of planning, daily, grooming and sprint review meeting. -Monitoring the projects workflow during sprints -Managing project risks, including the development of contingency plans -Assisting program manager and PMO manager for teams methodology assurance -Reporting through agreed lines on project progress -Identifying and obtaining support and advice required for the management, planning and control of the project -Conducting a project evaluation review to assess how well the project was managed

Requirements

-B.Sc. or M.Sc. preferably in the fields of Software Engineering or Industrial Engineering -At least 2 years work experience as a Project coordinator or Scrum master -Extensive experience of team coordination -Knowledge of Scrum methodology for software projects -Fluent in project planning and control, time and scope management -Familiarity with Jira would be advantage -Familiar with the principles of risk management -Ability to manage and facilitate daily and planning meetings -Strong planning, problem solving and multi-tasking skills -Ability to meet deadlines, time management and manage competing priorities -Proven ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team -Strong ability of managing effective communication among team members
