Job Description
- On time and proper supplying of Project requirements
- Coordinating with the management of projects located in the head office and implementing the relevant instructions in order to balance the cost of goods and ensure the desired quality and project time
- Attendance in selecting local suppliers , Attendance in finalizing supplying documents
- Attendance in development of project supply and procurement management plan
- Follow up and expedition in dispatching RFP to suppliers
- Corresponding to suppliers regarding amendment of sales documents like Proposal, Proforma Invoice, Agreement
- Follow up suppliers in order to expedition of dispatching equipment, commodities and providing services required by project
- Expedition of technical inspections and eliminate the discrepancy between the sent commodities and required obligation
- Review, recognition and suggesting of the shortest purchasing methods for required commodities and equipment
- Managing of procurement agreements and attending in termination of procurement contracts
- Supervising unloading and loading of received commodities in accordance with the project instructions
- Review of documents and issuance of permission for entering commodities to the project site
- Fulfillment of Commercial affairs, invoices & … related to procurement & supplying
- Attendance in Opening Package Inspection (OPI) meetings and submit reports
- Preparing analytical reports
- Proper implementation and observance of purchasing regulations
